Refund policy

If a piece isn't right for your home, returning it should be just as simple as buying it. We offer a 30-day return window on every order.

30-day returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's unused and in its original packaging with any tags attached.

How to start a return

  1. Send us a message via our contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within one working day with a returns address and instructions.
  3. Post the item back within 14 days of receiving your return confirmation.
  4. Once the item reaches us, refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, tell us straight away — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns of opened cleaning cloths or similar personal-care items unless they're faulty.
