We ship every Jovéssa order from our UK fulfilment partners, so your order arrives quickly and without surprise charges.

Delivery times

Standard UK delivery — 2 to 4 working days.
Free UK delivery on all orders over £35.

Orders placed before midday are dispatched the same working day where stock allows. You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping costs

Orders under £35 — a flat rate of £3.95.
Orders of £35 and over — free.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. We don't yet ship internationally.
